Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent
- Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment processes and communication
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and efficiency gains
- Fair understanding of non-tech hiring space and the challenges of the current market dynamics
- Strong sourcing skills : having dealt with LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist and understanding of new age sourcing tools
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in the talent acquisition department is preferred.
- BA/MBA/PGDM (HR) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
