Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent
• Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment processes and communication
• Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and efficiency gains
• Fair understanding of non-tech hiring space and the challenges of the current market dynamics
• Strong sourcing skills : having dealt with LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist and understanding of new age sourcing tools

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the talent acquisition department is preferred.
• BA/MBA/PGDM (HR) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
