The Role

The role of the L&D Administrator will support globally the scheduling and administration of Inizio Learning Programs. Reporting to the People Services Manager UK, IRL & SA, the L&D Administrator will work alongside the L & D Coordinator and act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert concerning our learning management system (LMS). This includes training administration, query management, and reporting activities. In addition, the L & D Administrator will work collaboratively with the business unit L & D Leads, Centers of Excellence, and the wider People Services team.

It's a 6 months fixed term contractual role.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Schedule training sessions: based on the availability of facilitators or aligned with a pre-set program schedule make available or assign sessions to target audiences and facilitators. When applicable send reminders to facilitators and attendees.
  • Support the management of learning assignments and enrolments; oversee learner rosters, registrations, completions, and cancellations to ensure timely and accurate transcript reporting.
  • Optimise and help manage the learning catalogue; deliver completion and feedback reporting and analysis for training events and identify trends across Inizio.
  • Aid learners and facilitators, when applicable, using the ServiceNow ticketing functionality to answer questions and provide guidance on learning materials and resources or escalate as needed.
  • Aid in the launch and awareness of Inizio learning initiatives, leadership, and functional courses, and required training.
  • Provide support to the L & D Coordinator and BU L & D Leads, as appropriate.
  • Provide user experience feedback on LMS to improve the learner experience.
  • Support any other ad hoc work as requested by the People Services Manager.

Key Performance Measures:

  • Data and reporting accuracy and timeliness of scheduling and enrolments.
  • Number and quality of Service Now tickets resolved.
  • Manager feedback, with key input from HR colleagues and customers.

What do you bring to the role?

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment in an L & D or HR Administration role.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with learning management system administration, preferably SumTotal Systems.
  • An interest in the behind-the-scenes components of a learning and development program, i.e., scheduling, reporting, data input, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of virtual classroom and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
