Exp Range : 6-12 years


Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Employment and HR Practices Specialist to join our esteemed HR team. As part of the Employment and HR Practices team, candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to employment laws and promoting a positive employee experience. Candidate will contribute significantly to our organization’s commitment to maintaining high standards in employment relations and HR policies.


Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Interpret and apply employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of HR practices to identify areas for improvement in processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employment policies & HR practices and assist employees in these matters
  • Facilitate training for new hires on Oracle benefits, policies, processes, systems for seamless integration of new hires to Oracle systems & processes
  • Knowledge on all statutory benefits & administration of these benefits including compliance
  • Support HR improvement initiatives
  • Providing data insights on various performance parameters of the team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR practices and compliance efforts


Skills Required :


  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing projects and driving initiatives forward.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite
