JR52582 Director, Global Procurement Program and Process Manager

As a Director of the Global Procurement Program and Process Management (PPMO), you will be responsible of leading team that transforms the Global Procurement (GP) strategic objectives into multi-year program roadmap to realize distinct and measurable benefits for the organization. You will support leaders and teams in driving Process, Technologies, and Systems transformation and enhacement programs. You will be responsible for the Change Management process and metrics, assuring smooth execution of our strategic objectives. You will also lead the GP University Collaboration program. You will own GP Center of Excellence (GP COE) internal communication and team members engagement.

You are proficient in applying project management and organizational change management concepts to achieve GP strategic priorities.  Developing positive relationships with collaborators to build support and collaboration, enabling successful project implementation is one of the success indicators for this role.
