Your responsibilities will include structuring and overseeing strategic initiatives, providing support to executive leadership, and ensuring alignment with Ipsen's strategic priorities.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with external partners to drive successful outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead or support strategic and transformation projects
Structure and scope functional/business strategic projects
Ensure timely and successful execution of strategic projects
Provide strategic support to Ipsen teams with high strategic stakes
Drive inclusion of strategy in functional agendas
Design and produce strategic analyses and benchmarks
Reports to our Executive Vice President Strategy and Transformation.
Role located in our office in Boulogne until the HQ will be transfered in Paris 15th in 2025.
Key Internal stakeholders: Executive leadership team, Global leadership team
Key External contacts: Strategy Consulting firms, Pharmaceutical industry
Financial budget: Manage project budgets

Experience / Educational Background
PhD, Business school, PharmD, MD, or similar relevant degree(s)
Consulting experience and knowledge of healthcare environment, ideally including a general understanding of drug development, regulatory processes, commercial, medical and market access dynamics
Outstanding track record of success in past professional and academic endeavors
Skills & Attributes
Strong social agility required to influence outcomes, working with all levels of the organization, particularly senior leadership
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort preparing research to facilitate development of solutions that address critical business needs
Communication and interpersonal and facilitation skills necessary to drive alignment, including experience of preparing and delivering presentations
Ability to interface with technical and scientific experts, colleagues across functions and company senior leadership
Proven ability to scope, develop, and manage projects
Experience of People Management (consulting or other) and playing active role in coaching and upskilling team members
