The Main Missions Include
- Coordinating stakeholders of one or more deployment projects of our Core Model APS (Relex) towards achieving Business goals.
- Conducting Business impact study between existing processes and those of the Core Model, highlighting gaps (Gap analysis).
- Establishing and maintaining country mapping (organization, applications, processes, maturity).
- Participating in country UATs and training ambassadors.
- Monitoring the achievement of Business goals (project KPIs and processes) and process adoption.
- Drafting the deployment file on Business aspects.
- Evaluating key-users and Business users' mastery.
- Establishing the Change Management plan.
- Ensuring Business support in the country during the hypercare phase until VSR.
- Animating the Business expert community of the subdomain (roadmap, upcoming features).
- Driving best practices and Experience feedback.
