The Position
You will join the People Success team, whose motto is to attract, sustain and retain
our Neobrainers, but also to increase knowledge and its sharing.
As an HR Assistant in apprenticeship, you will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment activities and HR operations. You will be involved in the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while participating in various projects related to HR operations.
Missions:
Talent acquisition: management of recruitment platforms, drafting and publication of
publication of offers, selection of profiles and organization of interviews
Onboarding / offboarding process: preparation, follow-up and deployment.
HR operations: participate in day-to-day personnel administrative management (contracts, absences, leaves, etc.), contribute to improving HR processes and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience,
HR projects: provide support in implementing HR policies and talent development-related projects
Profile required:
Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Management, or a related field of study.Good understanding of recruitment processes and associated tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Organized, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be a plus.
You have a good level of written and spoken English
