We are currently recruiting an eCommerce Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. This position will report directly to the Global Brandstores Manager and will be responsible for managing the commercial performance across our global eCommerce Brandstores ( womanizer.com , we-vibe.com , arcwave.com , romp.toys ).

What You Will Do

  • Drive the commercial performance by co-manging the commercial strategy and global marketing calendar
  • Steer the sales performance and UX/UI-improvements with key focus on USA, France and Germany
  • Oversee all trading activities (including pricing and offer strategy) and run continuous initiatives to efficiently convert the maximum of demand into revenue
  • Develop, implement and analyse onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimize the customer journey and drive business performance
  • Manage the product forecasting process to ensure stock availability across several warehouses globally
  • Exchange across all eCommerce departments to increase synergies and enhance best-practice sharing
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and interact with local & global marketing, pricing, finance, product, planning, supply and other functions on a daily level


What You Should Bring

  • 4 years of relevant and proven eCommerce experience for B2C brands, ideally in the consumer goods industry (beauty, lifestyle, sexual wellness)
  • Strong commercial and analytical business sense, excellent knowledge of eCommerce KPIs and clear understanding on P&L steering for decision making
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented mentality with a creative mindset and strong conceptual as well as implementation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), high level of experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Tableau or Superset and have worked with CMS systems to manage websites (ideally Magento)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, processes and best practices (ideally Convert or Monetate)
  • Team player with strong communication skills both written and oral and the ability to manage different stakeholders
  • Act like an owner, you are extremely well organized and feel comfortable leading several key projects while keeping high priority in mind to drive the business forward
  • Flexible mindset and agile, you have experience with working in a fast-paced environment, not afraid to take decisions in the light of uncertainty backed by thorough analysis and work well under pressure
  • Degree in Business Administration / Economics is a plus, or showcase your knowledge
  • Fluent level of English; additional language skills (e.g. German, French) are a plus
