Allow overwriting of File:Cairo university.jpg

The existing file contains a crest not used by the university. Instead, it is the uploader's own work that they made themself. I suggest uploading the official crest used by the university to avoid misinterpretation of the crest of a prestigious African university like Cairo University. The crest was officially created in 1954 after the 1952 Egyptian revolution. The-then new Egyptian Republican state started to change the names of Everything that had had to do with the Monarchy, so The University's name was changed from Fuad I University to Cairo University in 1954, so hence there was also a need for a new crest, as the University's mascot was King Fuad I. Simply want to update lines 10-12 in the SVG code as follows:

This will restore the file's original aspect ratio of 430:531 (whilst retaining the enlargement). With the current aspect ratio of 431:518, the ends of the 'Victor refuels Vulcan' and 'Victor refuels Victor' captions are cut off (which is rather unsightly to look at), but restoring the aspect ratio like so will fix this issue. 🔥HOTm̵̟͆e̷̜̓s̵̼̊s̸̜̃🔥 (talk・edits) 15:15, 18 October 2024 (UTC)

Allow overwriting of File:Congo location map.svg

I uploaded the version of 2023 of this file. But apparently the upload was wrong and no thumbnail is visible in the File history section, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Congo_location_map.svg. So someone reverted my upload and I understand that. But the map is currently wrong, if you compare my file https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/archive/a/a4/20240621132853!Congo_location_map.svg and the current file https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a4/Congo_location_map.svg.
