Manon Rasmussen

Manon Rasmussen (born 2 August 1951 in Horsens) is a Danish costume designer. She is best known for collaborating with Thomas Vinterberg, Bille August, Susanne Bier, Christoffer Boe, Lars von Trier, and other prominent Danish directors. Specifically, she has worked on all of von Trier's feature films (with the exception of Medea and The Idiots), beginning with 1982's Images of Liberation.

Rasmussen has received numerous awards for her work, including Best Costume Design at the 2012 Satellite Awards for her costumes in A Royal Affair. She has also won 17 Robert Awards for Best Costume Design (out of 34 awarded), making her the record-holder for the most wins and nominations in a single category.[1][2]
