Subsequent to the update, the application failed to function. Upon arrival at the pool, the application remained inoperable, necessitating a return to the establishment to retrieve the physical card.

Extremely bad experience! Upgrade the integrity of the APP! Logged me out of the apps. Tried to login and the username and password is not valid when I has saved it and validate true! Reset password and the page said technical fault and ask me to write in 3 days later! 😡 In the end can't enjoy the benefit and discount.. what for sign up for membership? 😡 When asked for physical card, was told that now only use apps.. and the apps SUCKS!
