The upgraded app is worse then the previous one, keep hanging there all the time, and it happens all the time, not just once. Want to redeem things but the voucher can't load. No other app have this kind of recurring issue. Other agencies/organisation upgrade the app to make it better, but you upgrade it to become worse.

SAFRA APP DESIGNER YOU DON'T DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR This app is extremely frustrating! I contacted Safra to ask how to renew, and they directed me to the app. However, the app doesn’t allow for renewal. Why isn’t the process simpler and more user-friendly? It’s clear that the current design is flawed. Please take the time to review all the feedback regarding your app’s performance.it's very inconvenient for users. Your design or IT team needs more experience in app development.

A regular user ever since the update version having a big time wastage for doing the transaction. Never I tried swapping devices until have to use someone else device for help but still a failure
