Reinstalled the apps and follow the instructions given by the support. I have also deleted the record trip and record a new trip again, but the problem still remains. I have try installing on other phone also not working. FYI, my both phone is Samsung flip 5 One UI version 6.1 Android version 14. It's working well on the first 2 recorded trips. Try sending reply back to support but email rejected.

Had been using relive for past years. The video generated was slow at initial stage of their development, sometimes took almost an hr or so to generate the video. But I experience a mojor significant improvement since last year. It took almost instantaneous to generate the video. Amazing app that I will continue to use.

Do Not Buy this app! It has two fatal flaws. First it rotates your photos and there is NO way to address it, ruining the video. Also when paused the resume button is white-near imposable to see in daylight especially if you wear glasses. Resume/Stop buttons should be green/red respectively so they show up against the background. It's easy to pause and not realize your still paused as all you can see is another yellow button (exactly the same as the pause button).
