Several very annoying issues: first is that you can't remove rooms from app. When you go to the availability, and chose specific dates for removing available rooms, it simply don't react to applied changes. You have to go to pc application or do it via browser. Second one is that you can't download invoice from app, no feedbacks. You have to do it via browser as well. Please resolve them

Terrible app, not user-friendly at all, reaching any kind of support is an impossible mission, if I accidentally click back because of a pop-up, it throws me completely out of the screen. I can't pay the due bill, and on top of that, they warn that they will remove me from the booking. Full of bugs, in one word, a disaster.

The log you out more than any banking app does with session expired. How irritating. Their who's system is hard and complicated to use and on top of this with constant session log out with they will say is for my security. Yet cctv shows cams logging my key strokes logging Into apps in public places like this. Very poor designed app

What's new

Thanks for using Pulse! With this release, we fixed some of those annoying bugs that might've interfered with managing your property on-the-go. Now you can change your property's main photo and easily rearrange all the others on Pulse. You can also add the top facilities that guests are looking for.
