1 star because there is no zero I encountered an issue while updating my documents (UAE ID, passport, and salary certificate). The UAE ID scanned successfully, but the app crashes after scanning the passport, showing: "Something went wrong, please try again." I tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. A branch visit didnāt help as itās beyond their control. Also, I couldnāt reach support via email as the system is full. Using Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G, Android 14

A lot has changed since my last review, a lot of features were added. And while I wanted to update my review to 5 stars, There's a feature still missing, Google Pay support. It is disappointing after so many years the feature is still missing. Not all Android phones are Samsung!

Please remove the useless popup window asking as to switch your app messages because most of the time the app messages dont open all the time and takes for ever to search in them. It is very annoying
