Unable to login due to failed face verification. This happened after resetting the phone and reinstalling the app. There should be another method of verification. It was working fine prior the reinstall. Please look into it. Edit: Support was very helpful in resolving the issue thank you. Note, face verification never worked, ended up using SMS. The process was frustrating but I believe there is room to improve 👍

Horrible, I have not been able to log into due to face verification getting freezed and I have raised countless complaints in call center no response. They say keep trying and we will get an alternative option to verify but it's says try again after 24hours. 31/7/2024 - The issue still persists, face verification keeps freezing. No help provided

It's offending that after two years of my account and car loan, you suddenly hold my account / card/ mobile app, asking for documents you already have it upon opening the account, as well as bad attitudes of the branch staff, it is really bad experience and I plan to move to another bank.
