App works on the user end but lots of issues on the back end system. More than twice I encounter McDelivery issues or order time out and not being delivered. No way of informing the customer and the only way is to call the outlet responsible for the order sort it out. App is working fine but they need to fix the issues on the systems in the back end. At least have a way to inform customers if their order is timed out or missed.

One of the most horrible apps. I've used. Encountered issues with the points redemption every single time I've used the app. I don't even eat Mcdonalds regularly, probably every 2-3 months. And yet every. single. time. I've had to speak with the staff to issue refund. Most of the time the staff are nice and helpful, but it's very difficult to try to get thwir help during peak hour.

Payment Processing screen takes forever to finish loading! Recently the app gets stuck on payment processing forever, not showing me my order number. Between the time I walked from my home to the nearest McDonald's, it still doesn't show the order number. But I can see my order is already sitting on the collection counter. My fries soggy by the time I get my order ID, then collect my order and walk home again. Very frustrating! Collection takes much longer than it actually needs to be!
