Would give it a 0 star if I could. Use it only you have time to play with their waiting game. Most disgusting experience is when they do not wish to refund my stay when the city was hit by natural disasters and there were no means of transport available to the hotel. Simply just tell you they have checked but since the booking is non modifiable there's nothing they can do whereas my friend with same booking on another platform managed to get a cancellation and refund. Utterly disappointing👎👎👎

I had made a flight booking, made the payment, and was deducted from my credit. Yet the app did not go through with the payment. Seems so difficult to get them to respond fast as I'm need to get a flight. In urgency, I made the same booking just to find out the price went up in just minutes. Desperate, I made the booking again and paid a higher price, then initially . so so upset! I'm still waiting for my first payment to be refunded.

Previously, it is good. But after the system update, the app change the currency to usd. Didnt stated the ticket is in USD when I'm commited the transaction, just only showing a $. I end up have to pay extra for tickets. Called the operator to verify, he was totally not helpful, just keep on saying there is a way to change the currency. My last time to use this app. NOT RECOMMEND.
