I tried to watch pre-season highlights. I was asked to subscribe to MUTV. I subscribed to MUTV through the app. I tried again and was asked to subscribe to MUTV. Un-installed, re-installed. No change. Restarted phone. No change. $9.99 set on fire, a year of access to something I can't access. Comedians aspire to this level of buffoonery.

It's a good app if you're a utd fan, but it can be a little buggy at times. I subscribed to MUTV but was forced to uninstall and reinstall the app to get access to it! Doing that loses all progress with your points tally from predictions and log ins! Update: It's a year later, I have updated my subscription, and it's doing the same again! However, this time, it just isn't activating my subscription!!! It's really poor!!! P.S. I sent a request before and now, after this response to my review...

Just to clarify, this issue has been happening for at least a week before the worldwide outage of 19th July and also happened to my daughter last year, so not a result of the worldwide outage. Love the app but recently just kept crashing. Tried un and re installing but now it won't let me log in just keeps spooling. It's not my WiFi and my daughter had the same issue during last season and gave up using it, switched to alternative apps to keep up on our beloved United. Disappointed, please fix.

Thanks for your feedback, due to the worldwide IT outages on July 19th 2024 we are currently experiencing issues when trying to open or use the Man Utd app. These outages are out of our control but we are continuing to monitor the situation and once they are resolved we will act quickly to restore access to the app
