1) Chances of accidentally tapping and accepting the job is very high. Happened to me twice as the job i wanna accept disappear in secs and a new job appeared. Paid penalty. Suggest to have a 2 sec delay for prompting incoming job or use slider to accept job instead of tapping. 2) App will disappear from the background and gotta re-open. 3) Have an option to stop incoming job when nearing drop off destination. Its either distracting or drivers need to go for break. Thanks.

Great concept for pick-ups, lousy app & service. Gave a hotline that no one will ever answer. App always having bug issue. Speak to their CS and no one ever had any follow up or even improve the app issue. QR code payment is always an issue. Either always hang on the same page else payment will never receive even if it is completed. Best, it will take 5 working days to revert on payment issue. Unbelievable! This app has serious credibility issue. Service support is never a support to drivers.

1) when doing order, please let us complete the order then prompt us with new order. Its annoying to keep skipping all so that I can see where the customer destination is at. 2) please do something for customer cancellation. Like if driver within 100m radius, they can't cancel already. Frustrating, few times I encounter ride cancel when I reach their carpark.
