Having problem with the device for last couple of days - not recieving notifications, Nuki web lost some features and cannot see account details and notifications settings. Device restarted,reset it to factory settings, followed the troubleshooting instructions - one BIG nothing,the device is dead. Contacted Nuki support and experienced very low level support - repeating the same solutions im every mail, need to wait for response for 24h each time. Guys,this is not the way to deal with customers

Every click or button hit is followed by a 30 seconds wait, followed by an error 506. Honestly, Nuki, get your infrastructure and customer services sorted otherwise you will quickly run out of your customers' goodwill, and a Nuki Smart lock purchase will be a one-time, never to be repeated affair. Update: does not work with Google Home in latest firmware 3.10.7, even though it claims it does.

The auto unlock with location accuracy turned on works some of the time, but it is handy when it works. Lately, however, it has been unlocking the door on its own in the night, sometimes at 5am... Very annoying because it scares my daughter in the night and we don't know how to fix it!
