East Timor: Prime Minister of East Timor Xanana Gusmão congratulated Trump, emphasizing that his victory "reflects the support and trust the American people have placed in [his] leadership and [his] policies for [his] nation". He expressed confidence that the two countries' bonds will strengthen under Trump's presidency, encouraging increased collaboration across areas of mutual interest and that the Government of East Timor looks forward to working closely with Trump to further their shared goals and deepen their bilateral relationship.[82]
India: Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi congratulated Trump on phone while emphasizing on further strengthening the India-US relationship in the fields of technology, defence, energy, space and several others.[83]
Indonesia: President of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto gave his heartfelt congratulations to Trump on X, emphasizing that the Indonesia-United States relationship holds immense potential for mutual benefits and expressed that he is willing to work together with the incoming Trump administration.[84] Former president Joko Widodo also congratulated Trump, expressing optimism that Trump would be able to move the US towards stability and growth while highlighting the long-standing partnership between Indonesia and the US.[85] Speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly Ahmad Muzani hoped that the relationship between both countries can be improved further for the better and all conflicts that happened currently may be resolved under Trump's leadership.[86]
Iran: Spokesperson of the Iranian government Fatemeh Mohajerani stated that, "Our policies are steady and don't change based on individuals. We made the necessary predictions before and there will not be change in people's livelihoods."[87]
Iraq: Prime Minister of Iraq Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani congratulated Trump on winning the election and emphasized he wanted to strengthen ties between Iraq and the United States.[88]
Israel: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to the re-election of Trump as "history's greatest comeback", and gave congratulations on 6 November. He held a private call with Trump where they reportedly discussed ways to attack Iran. Far-right politicians in the Netanyahu cabinet also lauded Trump excessively. Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir said "Yesssss, God bless Trump".[80]

Philippines: President of the Philippines Bongbong Marcos issued a statement congratulating Trump saying "President Trump has won, and the American people have triumphed. Marcos also added that he is also looking forward on collaborating with President-elect Trump on a wide range of issues that will yield mutual benefits on the Philippines-US relations, while Marcos' cousin and Philippine House Speaker Martin Romualdez also lauded Trump's electoral victory and saying that Trump’s reelection as the US president will bring renewed opportunities in deepening the trade and investment ties between the Philippines and the US.[103][104] Former president Rodrigo Duterte also congratulated Trump on the latter's victory, issuing a statement addressed to Trump which stated that "hope your new mandate will bring renewed optimism and strength to the American people during these challenging times", while Duterte is optimistic of the success of the second Trump administration and a shared aspiration for greater peace and prosperity for both the Philippines and the US.[105][104]

Wong cited that the relations are "mutually beneficial partnership" and looking forward for Trump to revisit Singapore soon since the 2018 North Korea–United States Singapore Summit.[109] President of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam also congratulated him, commenting Trump would "lead a nation in need of healing, and a people who must rediscover common purpose, despite their divisions", and wished to "achieve our mutual interests".[110]

Russia: Head of the Committee on International Affairs in Russia's State Duma Leonid Slutsky expressed hope that Trump's victory could result in a more constructive solution for the handling and eventual conclusion of the Russo-Ukrainian war against what he referred to as Democratic funding and resistance against Russia since 2014.[79] As most leaders express their congratulations, the Kremlin stated President of Russia Vladimir Putin has no immediate plans to communicate with Trump.[157] However, Putin on the following day congratulated him during his public interview at an event in Sochi, saying that he is ready to dialogue with Trump, and also praised him for his "courageous" actions during the attempted assassination in Pennsylvania.[158][159]

United Kingdom: Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer was among the first European leaders to phone Trump and congratulate him.[168] He stated, "I look forward to working with you in the years ahead. As the closest of allies, we stand shoulder to shoulder in defense of our shared values of freedom, democracy and enterprise."
Australia: Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese congratulated Trump on X for his victory. Opposition Leader Peter Dutton and former prime ministers Tony Abbott and Scott Morrison also congratulated Trump, as did many other Australian politicians. Conversely Greens leader Adam Bandt referred to it as "a bad day for America, a bad day for Australia, and a bad day for the world".[169]
