The Sr. Broker Consultant Relations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a regional broker strategy to grow Calm’s employer sponsored healthcare business. They will work to open doors to Brokers and Consultants while educating on Calm’s products, services, and solutions through articulation of Calm’s value proposition. This role provides autonomy and an opportunity to impact Calm’s future growth.

Join Calm as a Consultant Operations Specialist to lead projects and strategic initiatives, manage the end-to-end process for Broker Consultant inquiries, identify partnership opportunities, and craft compelling responses. Responsible for Consultant Relations mailbox, content creation, benefit program management, event coordination, and improving outreach processes. Work on sales enablement training, customized collateral, and strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
