Sentence in opening section is incorrect - Should read As of O'Neal's selection to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016, all IBM Award winners who are eligible for it have been inducted, except Grant Hill.

[edit]

In the opening section, a paragraph starts with: As of O'Neal's selection to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016, all IBM Award winners who are eligible for it have been inducted.

This fact is incorrect. Grant Hill is not in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The list of winners in a later section refutes this.

The sentence could read: As of O'Neal's selection to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016, all but one eligible IBM Award winners have been inducted into the hall.

I'm not able to change the opening section, else I would do so. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.152.224.197 (talk) 03:46, 11 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
